Inspire Stars Academy is a youth sports development academy based in Kigali, Rwanda. We identify, develop, and support young athletes through professional coaching, structured competition, and a focus on education and personal growth.
We work alongside schools, families, communities, and international partners to give every athlete a clear pathway — from their first session to opportunities at the highest level, in Rwanda and abroad.

International experience is a structured part of our program. Our athletes have already trained, competed, and learned abroad — including trips to England, Germany, and France — with more to come as we open doors to world-class environments.
In partnership with Trans World Educational Experiences, a group of our athletes aged 14–17 travelled to Manchester for a study tour at Manchester City's stadium and training facilities. They visited the Etihad Campus, learned from professional coaches, and observed elite teams at work.

Nzeye Rodrigue is the founder and CEO of Inspire Stars Academy, which he built to give young Rwandan athletes access to professional coaching and a clear pathway to develop. He leads the coaching team and the academy's international partnerships and travel programs.
Rutagengwa Joseph rose through our program from player to Sports Director, recognised for his leadership and dedication to young athletes. A FERWAFA-licensed coach, he has been selected for an advanced coaching course with Atlético Madrid.
